2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The item must show no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or washing.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
In such cases, we will offer:
- A replacement
- A repair (if applicable)
- A full refund
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
Under EU law, consumers are entitled to products that conform to the contract (minimum 2-year legal guarantee in the EU).
6. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized jerseys
Items made to the consumer’s specifications
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g., underwear)
